TC-P50VT60 Doesn't turn on. RED flashlight blinking 3 times.

After strong storm with lightnings my Viera TV doesn't turn on. (I think it was Surge via hdmi cable from satellite receiver). Just blinking red flashlight 3 times after plugin to socket.

I can't find information about this error code, please help me with this problem. What I need to do or maybe what part of TV need to be replaced.
