Need fan specs for Xbox 360 E heatsink fan.

So my Xbox 360 E started to give me an overheat error after about 10-15 seconds of use when turned on. Blinking red light with overheat error displayed on screen, I have already re-pasted CPU to heat sink, but noticed that during the open case test run I did before re-pasting, the fan does NOT turn on what so ever, and I also tried the fan on several different motherboards and it never worked. So I need to replace it, and I would like to upgrade, but can't find a definite answer as to the specs I need to follow. I know it should be a 12V 80mm fan, but what about as far as the whole 3-4 pin connectors and such. I know the fan on the 360 E is not the same connector as the rest of the Xbox models so I'm kind of confused...
