goes in recent apps Screen Again & again Unable to operate specific

1st - When i am opening particular app it goes Recent apps gain & Again & Google opens defauls.

2nd:- My phone switches off even the Battery is 30to 40% and unable to restart.

3rd:- When i connect the Charger then only i can start though the battery is 40%.

Plz provide Solution
