How to fix Panasonic Plasma Tv 'TH-P50ST30Z' 7 blinking lights?

Hi, my TV has recently broken down, its a Panasonic TH-P50ST30Z and shows the "7 blinking lights of death". How can i fix this? I've cleaned out all dust, paying mind to not touch any components or otherwise, and I've tried looking online for help, the trouble with that was that i couldn't find much help as the models were different or they didn't fix the problem. Money is tight at the moment and i wish to try servicing this myself, but if it really comes down to it I'll send it to a repair-man. Would someone please be able to help me? thank you :)
