How do I eject a disk from the optical drive after upgrading the HDD?
I need to eject the disc so i can install OS X.

Turn off the computer. Now, turn on the computer and hold down the trackpad button to force-eject the disc in the optical drive. Begin to hold the trackpad button as soon as you press the power button and do not let go until the disc has ejected. Good luck!
