Why is my Pokemon Crystal causing the GameBoy Color to shutoff?

I have been trying for 2 days straight to fix my Pokemon Crystal, but I've only made it worse. At first, the GameBoy Color or GameBoy Advance SP that I put it in, would at least stay on, and I would usually get a strange group of symbols where the "Nintendo ®" should've been. Now, whenever I put it into the GameBoy Color, or any of my three GameBoy Advance SPs, and turn on the power, it turns the system off. I'm not having any similar issues on any of these systems, with any other games.

I can't find any other forum on Google with similar issues. Usually, the issues people have are in regards to changing the battery, so that the game can save, or the game simply not booting up; but, my issue involves the game turning the system off. I tried re-soldering every connection on the board, and the problem persists after several re-solder attempts. I have no idea what to do at this point, and I would really appreciate any help. I have uploaded a video link where you guys can see the issue yourselves.

Here are some images of the motherboard. Please let me know if they are not clear enough, or if you would like me to photograph other angles.

Hi @season

Somehow I feel the board is dirty and it seems there are some soldering shorting those IC pins.....

might need to do a rework (hotair) and perhaps a ultrasonic bath to remove those impurities

Hi @season I might be wrong, but when I see the video you had provided, it seems there might be "tin whiskers" affecting this, on some of the IC chip.

you will need to do some soldering rework, and adding new soldering to fix up those.

remove battery before doing any soldering repair.

Saved data will be lost.

@season I agree with @salmonjapan on that. Instead of posting a video post some clear images showing your contacts on the IC's you resoldered.

Thank you very much for your response. I looked at the picture, and read the portion of the article that you sent, which talked about tin whiskers. I have just removed the battery from the motherboard. As I mentioned earlier, I have re-soldered every connection on the chip several times now. I currently have a low end multi-meter, and when I set it to Ohms, almost every single connection has a very high reading. Does this mean that every connection has high electrical resistance? Sorry to segue into multi-meter use, but since I have one in my possession, it may be beneficial to test diagnose exactly where the issue is coming from.

Here is another video that I have uploaded for your consideration, and I will be uploading some images along with it.
