After many attempts of re-powering my Vizio TV back up, it refuses to turn back on. I have tried unplugging my tv and holding the power button for 30 seconds and plugging it back in to no avail.

@abramson65 start off by removing the back cover and take a look at the power board. Check the fuse on the board as well as the power cord. Use a multimeter and see if you get power to the fuse and if the fuse has continuity. Do that carefully so you are not going to have a shocking experience.
