Blu Ray works only if you restart/turn-off
I Have a PS4 Fat (first generation) with a strange problem.
PS4 only read the BD if I restart/turn-off the console with the midia inside.
If I power on the PS4 without midia - and try to put a game to play - ps4 will push the midia - and don't do anything. No noise. Nothing.
If I eject the midia (in the console button or with the dualshock) - the midia will be eject and play 3 beeps.
-
If I put the midia in PS4, restart / turn-off - and turnon -the bd will start (I can hear a noise - little) - when log in - the BD is ready to play - and I can play 10000% ok.
If I eject the disk (no beep) - but If I try to put another (or the same disk) again in the PS4 - The console will push, and don't do anything -again. If I eject - the 3 beeps again.
And no more midia can be played - until I restart / turn-off - again.

AND - last situation..
The PS4 CAN start and works 100%. For any reason I can start the PS4 and the BD works fine. I can play the game, change to another, play digital games, change to other BD game.. forever...
but If I turn-off... When turn-on its a lottery!
We can play 100% ok - but - return to the first situation.. if I eject - locked the BD again and need to restart.
I find this topic - and it's exactly what is happening with me:
