Green led blinking and can't able to access any key

Hi All ,

My bose soundlink color speaker I haven't use for long time and Now its charging but green LED blinking for while and After some time it became constant , I can't able to access any key ,.... It seems like battery issue or stuck in any mode. After unplug the charger ... Device goes off state with blink sound .

Give any suggestion here .
