Cat Ear Headphones, Bond is snapping on right ear cup. What do I do?

I got my cat headphones on my birthday in December of the 23rd. I used them for a while but I noticed how the bond that is used for measuring for the right ear cup is snapping in half. The headphones still work though. I want to keep them from breaking. If not possible, do I just use my warranty for a new pair if possible?
