Why is my phone screen not working but is constantly vibrating?
the screen has been cracked for a while but it still worked last thing i did was go on snapchat which kept crashing and then the phone was dropped.

@maryamk "the screen has been cracked for a while" and "then the phone was dropped" is a pretty good indication that the screen has now completely failed. That is also the reason why your phone keeps on vibrating. Replacing the display assembly should fix this. 如何更换Samsung J5（2016）的液晶屏幕
