Lg g4 h815 black scree problem
Hi, i have lg g4 h815 . My problem is that i am facing black screen issue. When i start my phone it turned on and sounds and the charging light blinks but not showing display, the display remains black. But when i connect charger and take out batter then half of the display turnsup and showing empty batter sing with the question mark in it. Also when i connect it to the pc it went show and pic is not able to detect it.
Can some one tells me what is the problem and what hard ware causing this problem and what is the solution of it.
The reason you are getting a display with an empty battery and a question mark is easy. The phone is not recognizing the battery. As for the the other issues. You describe many different logic and mechanical (connection) problems.
My first four concerns/questions are:
1. Has the phone recently gotten wet, have you notices any moisture on the screen or anywhere else on the phone?

2. Has the phone been dropped?
3. Where do you carry the phone (front pocket, back pocket, shirt pocket, purse)?
4. Has the phone recently gotten hot (left on the dash of a car, left in direct sunlight, used to stream multiple hours of video or music)?

Receive calls and charge normally
