Need to have the carburetor overhauled. Part of the process is to soak all components in ;carburetor cleaner', then use compressed air and blow out all passages. This will dissolve the trash/obstruction that's causing the problem.
I have another problem. When trying to use the' recoil starter' it fails to engage. I have to physically rotate the crankshaft and bang on the housing.
