Swapping uk series 3 broken screen with US version

Hi all

I have a Apple Watch 3 lte, the screen is broken and after much research it looks impossible to fix. So I have been looking into buying a locked series 3 and swapping screens. Most locked watches are in the US. So my questions are:

Is the US Apple screen compatable with UK watch?

Will there be any limitations to its functioning (I.e. can’t use Apple Pay, lte won’t work)?

If I buy a locked series 3 with only gps will this also affect functioning (I have heard that the screen for the lte has an antenna built in)?
