I have a new bluetooth board and that is easy to install but they unfortunately did not install the antenna at the factory?? So how do I install a new antenna (which can be purchased easily on e-bay) or more precisely where do I route the antenna and where do I attach the other end?

The bluetooth antenna is probably hiding in the corner. Here's the installation guide: iMac G5 20" Model A1076 Bluetooth board Replacement
See step 4 and look in the corner to the lower left of the card, it may be tucked under.

Kevin,
Every 20-inch iMac G5 I've been in has already had the cable. Did you pull out the power supply to make sure it wasn't tucked away somewhere it shouldn't be? Do a double take before trying to follow these instructions:

I didn't see a guide for this on iFixit but found that guide via google.
