My new ifix battry is shutting off
“my replacement battery is causing my phone to shut down when it gets bellow 45% and wont turn back on till charged up to 100%. Anyone else having trouble with these batteries?”

If you are having trouble with a new iFixit battery, then you should reach out to iFixit Support. They should replace your battery under warranty.
I suspect that, in general, replacement battery quality has dropped a bit lately due to the extremely high demand caused by Apple's disclosure that they were throttling performance. the high demand for replacement batteries probably allows for lower grade batteries to make it into the market whereas under normal demand, they wouldn't.
