The laptop not on and not charge
Hello dear
please I want ask about my laptop problem , So when I want to power on its not work as well as its not do charging any not see any indictor to indicat about working laptop and charge?

@othma start by checking your power supply. Measure the output of the power supply and you should get 20VDc on it. If that is okay check your charging port to make sure it is in good condition. Next you want to consider changing your battery and disassembling your computer to check the DC in jack for proper connection etc. Let us know what you find.

If there is no charging lite, its eater the charger, or the notebook.
The charger is the easiest to start with, if it is faulty then you have your answer, if it's powered up then its the notebook.
Can be as easy as a faulty notebook plug, the battery or the motherboard, Seek pro help unless you have the skills necessary to do the full job.

please be inform you ,I was explained the laptop not work and when you see laptop only the black screen showed ? not any more I think the faulit in motherboard but I dont know where is the fault directly, please forget the Issue charger and supply charger
