Road burn on Adze Jacket

Hello,

Do you have suggestions on correcting 'road burn' on my Adze jacket. I had a bicycle accident and scuffed my jacket on the shoulder area--it's sort of 'puckered' now instead of smooth. Anyway to make that go away?
