5 Uses phone as remote. Lost the real remote. Brother factory reset it
We have had the tv stick for months now and like 2 months ago we lost the remote. We use the app to use the stick and one day my brother reset the stick. Since we can't get passed setup, we can't pair the phone please help. (Are parents have a stick too and the remote that came with there's can't pair in setup I think.)
