native instruments - traktor audio a 10

Hi everyone.

As usual over here we find lots and lots of people trying their best to help one another and since I've had several good help let get to another request.

I have a Audio A 10 sound card from Native Instruments which is presenting an issue when I'm playing with that. Few minutes after turn it on and start playing some music the sound quality decreases and sounds like a channel in burnt playing a robotic sound which goes on near disapear as long as I keep on playing with it. My main problem is the total lack of competent store to repair this device at my place and my mostly on leaving this at someone's care to have it back fully destroyed.

Anybody who could risk any suggestion about this issue or even a service manual on the web to check out the diagram blocks or somthing else then try some solution???
