iPhone 6s suddenly both cameras flashlight and earpiece not working

both front facing and rear facing cameras are on opposite connections and separated by shielding. The front facing is attached to the screen assembly itself and is shielded.if both are out it is one of 3 things: water damage, impact damage or most likely the Camera regulator ic ( U2301 ) reballed and needs to be replaced (logic board problem)
