Why does my Samsung DVD Pla play in black and white, instead of color?
Samsung player will not play in color.

What cables are you using to connect to TV. If you are using Component video then check those cables again. They may be defective or connected improperly.

check both ends of the hdmi or scart leads to see if any pins are bent or possibly snapped. As mentioned above check both leads are firmly placed. Next is to borrow or swap out the lead for a know working one.
Really need more detail to get the bottom of this question.
