I'm aware the connection pins are bit different but size-wise they're identical, and plus you will get a bit more power, so why not?
Has anyone tried it? I'm also sick of waiting for iFixit's replacement batteries to be in stock in Europe. I've been waiting over a month and I can just buy a 7/8 one.

Your only hope is if you have a friend here in the states who is on his way home he can carry it in this land luggage.

Battery's are rated differeny for those phones different voltage and capacity and connector if u even can force a connection like on the 6 and 6s u risk frying the board... DO NOT DO THIS

Aren't they dangerous? I tried searching if anyone has done it but no one has
i usually just use the original capacity, so it would be your choice
