PS4 can't eject the disk exept from UI

Hi guys, i just got a used BLOD PS4 to fix. I fixed it with the washers method,

but nowi'm having trouble with my eject button, While the console was completely closed, i cannot make the button to work, nothing to worry about here since it might just be the metal piece that won't makes contact. So i decieded to tear appart the console, And then, when i directly touch the copper pad with my finger the console makes 3 beeps but nothing else happens... Do you guys have any ideas ?
