LG Washer Fuzzy Logic 14kg starts spin cycle way too fast

Hi there, my LG washer Fuzzy Logic top loader starts the spin cycle way too fast on the bottom of the drum (there are moving parts on the bottom of the drum), resulting in clothes being spread unevenly across the drum and causing it to bounce, make noise, and ultimately stop the spin cycle with a "UE" error code.

Notice the bottom of the drum spinning way too fast in the beginning. In this case the machine managed to continue spinning as clothes were spread alright.

Any ideas?
