1 what's wrong with my phone?
Bit of a vague question I know but I'm unsure how to phrase it?
I was out with my friends when someone accidentally knocked my phone out of my hand (lg g5) and then stood on it, as you can imagine the screen was broke, but other than that it worked fine. I took it into a repair shop and they fixed the screen, however the phone itself won't turn on. It goes to the lg home screen switches off and goes back to the home screen, until you take the battery out.
Can anyone help or tell me what's wrong??

What is the exact problem that you're having?
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all

Same I had dialed 911 while I was working and my phone got knocked out of my hand and ever since it hasn’t worked properly I have insurance on it and when I asked Apple to fix it they said they didn’t cover accidental damages.
