My Drone will not respond to WiFi and will not start the motors so I c

I bought a “Blue Crab” Drone, model H43WH made by JJRC. I have done all of pre-flight procedures but it will not respond when I press the start flight button? My WiFi is working fine but the drone just sits and will not turn the motors on?

Please Help this Frustrated Pilot!
