If your GPU went you'll need to replace the complete logic board. Here's the IFIXIT guide: iMac Intel 27" EMC 2546 Logic Board Replacement. If you jump down to Step50 you can see the two large chip mounts the one to the right of the Green marked screw is the GPU chip and the one to the left is the CPU. The next steps walk you though taking the heatsinks off for both.

How about a shot at a reflow? Not much to lose.
I'm aware that GPU is soldered and it is not a problem to replace it on the motherboard. The problem is to find isolated GPU unit.
Replacing the GPU chip will take some doing! You'll need access to a good rework station so you don't over heat the board. Because there are SMT devices on the back side of the chip you'll likely need to reposition or put them back as they will shift or fall off as you're heating the board.
Have you looked for a damaged logic board to steal the chip from? That would be the cheapest way
Going to a chip house like Mouser or China's online marketplace Alibaba most likely won't help. All I've ever found was the older MXM boards.
As for finding the GPU chip discreetly I would contact NVIDIA sales directly and ask for a engineering sample kit. We did that years ago it cost us $1000 US for 8 chips and lots of documentation! We had to talk it up a bit so they would sell the ESK to us.
Depending on where you are, visiting China would be the only other way as the parts stalls in Shenzhen Electronics MarketPlace would be the best place to find them.

I've sent a message to Nvidia, lets see what they will respond. Meanwhile will take a look on damaged logic boards on the markets.
Unfortunately China is not an option for me. I'm from Ukraine.

I am not finding that GPU.
I did find the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX
and the
GeForce GTX 660M
What is the CPU on your machine?

@mayer - This system has a soldered GPU chip on the main logic board its not mounted to a MXM card like the older 2011 models on back have.
I have Core i7 (I7-3770) 3.4GHz. From what i know you can't replace 680MX with 675MX due to some hardware limitations and new card must be exactly the same.
Remember this is a chip not a board (card)
