Your PC ran into problem whenever I touch my PC since last 3 days

I'm facing this problem. Your PC ran into problem we're collecting some info and will restart it whenever I touch my laptop since last 3 days. I renewed window (installed window 10). But still the same problem. Is it a hardware problem? Should I go to repair?

My first thought is a bad or corrupted driver. Can you get it to come up in Safe Mode? Also, when you say "touch", do you mean simply touching/moving the laptop, or actually pressing keys/buttons? If it's the former, it may be an electrical short. Uncommon, but I've seen it happen...
