solder old nand flash on new motherboard

Hi,

My samsung galax s6 took water damage, but I want to retrieve the data on it. I already tried to replace the battery and usb connector unit. Both didn't work.

My last resort would be to buy a cheap 32GB mortherboard on aliexpress. And remove the 128GB nand flash from the broken phone and solder it on the 32GB motherboard.

1. Will this work in theory?

2. Can this job be done by someone with next to none soldering experience? btw, I dont care if i will screw up, because I see it as the last resort anyway.

3. Or do you have other suggestions to get the data back, which are not expensive.
