google account previously synced on this device
i have done a hard reset on my tablet but it tells me there was a google account previously synced on this device and i don't know what the account name was
After doing a factory reset, it wants you to sign in as the original owner. This is a workaround. Go to settings and add user. Here's how:
When it asks for Google email:
Type a bunch of letters, press and hold to copy> choose assist> type or say settings> (in the settings menu) select add user> add YOUR Google email info.
When you choose assist, you will get a Google search bar. Type settings in that search bar and choose "enter" or "go". It will take you to the tablet's settings page. On that page, look for users, add user, manage users or something similar. (It varies by tablet brand)
It will take a few minutes to set up your new profile.
The original owner's profile is still there, but the tablet is completely usable. I haven't figured out how to remove it yet.
I hope this works for you too!!
Link above works for Voyager 3 only. I have used it with success 3 times. It is in Spanish but easy to follow. If link does not work it is on YouTube under Ray Tech RCA VOLLAGER 3 FRP GOOGLE BYPASS (Voyager is misspelled) Read the reviews this works but only on Voyager 3’s I spent Hours looking. Hope this helps NOTE…IF YOU HAVE ANDROID 7 AND ABOVE YOU CANNOT ACCESS ASSIST AND THERE ARE NO FIXES FOR RCA TABLETS AS OF THIS POST. I HAVE PUT THIS ALLOVER THE PLACE AND PEOPLE ARE STILL CONFUSED BY THIS FACT. AND JAKE IS A FAKE LOOK AT HIS PROFILE !!!!!!!!!
Your going to have to find that account or find out how to write new software to your tablet go to Google and learn how to write software to your tablet was you know how find out the firmwAre for your device then go to Odin mode write the new software

Fpund on forum xda,
“Thread but figured id add a note in case anyone comes looking later :
go through setup, enter wifi and when it comes up asking for previous owners info, hit back till you get to wifi screen, click on 'add wifi' then hit a few random characters, click and hold on the characters and then select 'ASSIST'.
When new window opens up, type chrome and select the chrome app when it shows in the dropdown menu, download and install google account manager 6.0.1 apk, then download and install quick shortcut maker, open quick shortcut maker and then type 'google account manager' in search bar. click on this and then from the options that open, select the 1 that ends with 'loginactivity' and then select 'Try IT', from the new screen that opens up, click the 3 dots at top right of screen and select 'Browser Sign-in'. Log in with your Google credentials, once it goes back to the quick shortcut maker screen, use power button to restart tablet, proceed through setup as per normal and instead of going to the google login screen, itll come up stating that your new accounts are ready for use.
once you have went through setup fully, goto settings and factory reset the tablet, this will get the tablet to a 'brand new out of the box' state and remove those previous credentials from your legally purchased 2nd hand tablet”
