What fuse do I have to replace to fix my fried USB port?

So the Nyko dock fried my USB-C port. What fuse or chip in the console do any of you switch experts think I would have to replace to get this console working? I was given a free replacement but requested my original switch back for the save data, even if I just have to bridge a fuse so I can quickly retrieve my data it is more than sufficient. Even the smallest of suggestions is greatly appreciated.
