Using two drives with different OS's

Can I have 2 different Operating Systems installed in the 2 drives? I would like to install Mac OS in the primary hard drive and windows installed in the second hard drive.

Yes, you can have different Operating Systems on the two drives, then use BIOS/UEFI Boot Options to select the boot drive. I have one machine that contains three different OSs.
