I bought a new Lumia 920. I still have my old one, which still updates the calendar and emails. I enter an event in the calendar on the new phone and it shows up in both the new and old phone. The SIM card has been removed from the old phone. I tried to forward an email on my new phone and got an error message from the Administrator that it couldn't be sent and to try sending it through my PC, which did work. How do I disengage the old phone?

@janel do a factory reset form the menu. Check on here for the how-to. This will delete all your personal files like music pictures etc. so back the files up first.

I tried the hard reset numerous times. The old phone just comes on as usual. I had dropped the old phone and had to have the screen replaced. Hasn't worked right since; hence the new phone. Thanks for your answer.
