My phone won't make or receive calls or texts. It does everything else

I've tried a system repair and it went through the whole process but still will not make or receive calls or texts.

The phone will sometimes ring but the caller cannot hear me speak and I can't hear them.

Texts were coming in to the phone but not going out. They've stopped going out now.

Whatsapp was working but the system repair wiped it and I haven't re installed it yet to see if it still works.

Any ideas?
