Picture is to large

I have a Panasonic HDTV Projection Monitor PT-47WX42F. With two Problems.

1. The picture projected on the screen is too large in both directions.

2. The Green generator seems to be out of control. It can be centered but does not converge with the red and blue.

How can this be fixed?
