Why do my headphones not work in the tablet?
A few months ago, my headphones worked fine with the device. Now they do not work. I have tried plugging in the headphones to my computer, and they work fine. I plug in a pair of earbuds to the tablet, and it works. Can someone tell me why this is happening?
Headphones - kotion each pro gaming headset (aux and mic combo)
Earbuds - ifrogz with inline mic (aux and mic combo)
Laptop - some hp budget laptop from last year
Tablet - Verizon ellipsis 7 qmv7a
Assuming that you've have tried diff apps to test the audio. and diff files i.e. music, videos etc to ensure it isnt just an app issue.
have you tried a factory reset?
