Unfortunately you will need to factory reset the device to get in. Resetting the device will clear all your previous data that was on the device. I will provide a link with more information.

what if you factory reset it but its still password locked and you still dont remember your pw?
To my knowledge, factory resetting the device should clear everything. It's possible that the factory reset didn't work. I would try it again and if you are still having problems I would contact RCA.
