When I make phone calls the person on the other line can not hear me. I can hear them fine but it is silent on my end. I have tested my mic and can hear during voice memos, talking to Siri, on videos, and when I FaceTime someone. I have tried turning phone cancellation on and off. Turning my phone off and on. But nothing has helped. The phone does not have water damage.

There are multiple microphones on that device. The one that Siri uses is the upper mic. When you talk on the phone normally, it uses the mic that is next to the lightning port. That one is probably toast. A replacement charging port flex will probably fix it. It replaces the microphone down there.
