Hi..
I bought a used ps4 and a few days later it stopped working. Came to find out it was infested with bugs. Took apart and cleaned it. Also replaced power supply but still won't turn on. Is it possible the new power supply is bad or is there some other issue that can cause the system to not power on. No lights no sounds?

You can always test to see if your power supply is working with a voltmeter if you have one. They're are some cheap ones if you don't and I think they're good to have around. Other than that, I would just start reading through the PS4 teardowns and see if you can find anything more specifically related to your console.
