Which charger wires should connect on the tip?

Hi I'm trying to fix my broken charger of Xiaomi Redmi 3s before a new one arrives. As you can see on the picture, there are four pins on the charger tip and four different colors of wires. Can anyone tell me which color of wire should go on which pin? Thank you.
