Need screw on flow regulator on throttling valve for TotalPond pump

I have a 800 gph TotalPond pump that is missing the small screw-on flow regulator that screws into the Throttling Valve. Where can I buy one?

It might be easier and quicker to contact TotalPond direct and find out if the part is a) even available and b) where to get it from if it is.
