Flash, flashlight and volume buttons not working aftr Touch IC chip fix

So I had the Touch IC issue, I don´t know if you can call it the Touch Disease since I didn´t get the grey lines up top.

So I did the twist the phone thing, and worked for a second then didn´t work at all anymore...ever again. So I did the research and it turns since the logic board and case of the phone are bendable, the IC chip gets "unsold", it lifts and doesn´t make a connection, therefore no touch.

I removed the logic board very carefully,(in the picture the touch IC chip is the acqua colored one,)I made a tin foil square same size as the chip and placed it on top. I heated a micro soldering iron, and used only the screw on the side that heats up, and placed it on top of the tin foil square, 3 intervals of 30 seconds, then pushed it down gently. Then made another square of mechanical tape and placed it on top to create pressure and to make sure the chip stays in place, and covered it back again with the original tape cover.

Replaced the logic board and voila, it´s been working for 3 weeks now with no problems, not once has the touch failed.

And here is where my problem lies, afterwards the flash and volume button not working. Can´t tell if didn´t work before since I was not able to test anything since I couldn´t even unblock the phone or use it at all whatsoever.

Could it be the same principal with the flash driver? when I did the phone twisty thing? or during the fix maybe I touched something and had a circuit break? could It the be Power Flash Volume Button Mute Switch Connector Flex? The mute switch and power button work fine though....

One little detail, see in the picture I uploades, the green square, when taking off the logic board for the first time I accidentaly broke off that part of the logic board, it goes right on top of the flash.

When I try to turn on the flashlight or take a picture using the flash it flickers very lightly for a second, then nothing.

If anyone has any ideas....

Not all Touch Disease phones exhibit the gray bars... However, the current best practice is to replace Meson (U2402) and solidify the M1 pad and trace with a micro-jumper. You can check my profile for a link to a blog post I wrote on this very subject or search the web as there are lots of videos and articles.

Now for your specific problem, you probably applied too much heat to the board and that can cause the passives on the opposite side of the board to lift. Directly opposite are the connectors and rows of components next to the connectors that are responsible for the camera, flash etc. They are covered in epoxy and that actually sucks them off the board when overheated. So you will need to scrape away the epoxy and check the components individually like in the picture below. You will need the schematics and board view to do this.
