Cannot detect WiFi and Bluetooth. Which component need replacing?

I am unable to detect any WiFi networks or Bluetooth devices (eg controllers). LAN cable connection works. Direct usb connection to controllers work. How do I determine if it is the WiFi/Bluetooth antennae or the WiFi/Bluetooth module/chip which is faulty?
