LG Leon MS345 no service after unlock

Hello, i have one LG Leon from MetroPCs, I unlocked with the App Device Unlock and everything was fine until the next day that i could not make call and it shows me Emergency calls only.

i´ve been trying and the phone not register in the network. Please if someone has the same problem and know how to fix this, i have restored and reflash the device but still the same problem .

the app is not found in the PS it is an inbuilt app by MetroPC called "Device Unlock"

@galmoham ,Unfortunately, flashing a ROM won't help network locks because it is a separate chip. You said you tried to unlock MetroPCS via their "Device Unlock" app. Are you getting "No Service" with the Metro PCS SIM, or did you switch to another service? I would say try a known working MetroPCS sim (maybe go to the nearest store) and see if the known working one works. If you switched to another service, make sure the SIM did not get dislodged, and try that service's SIM in another phone. If it works, sounds like the chip that holds the network lock information was not properly unlocked and is in a bad state. Unfortunately if its in a bad state only a service center or someone with service tools can repair this.

i used a friend Octopus Box to unlock another one yesterday it was successfully and working perfectly yet strangely today its also searching and no service...

i have checked all their imei and all are clean.. too bad for this strange fault ...

Try resetting the cache to the app. Drag the app out of your app drawer onto "Info" at the top. Form that screen, press "Storage" then clear data and clear cache. That will reset the app. I also recommend force stopping the app, or disabling it. Go back to the "info" page and click either option at the top.

Once you've done all this, do not attempt to open the app again. This will undo everything you just did.

If it doesn't fix it, you'll need to do a factory reset. Make sure you have all of your photos and music and anything else important backed up. Once you do, go to settings, backup & reset, and reset your phone.

There 6 six of this devices with me and 3 of them all behave the same. just after unlocking with the device app it worked normal. then the next day there is a searching and no service. Unfortunately nck box is unable to repair the device (it reported success yet behave the same). There is no MetroPCS sim card and even if there is one to try there would be no service bcos I am out of thier coverage area. No I am afraid to unlock the rest of the 3 left. @avanteguarde. I am a bid confused why the device worked perfectly after unlocked but the next day its something else
