Dropped on R corner. Upper case, lower case and screen case bent. Top and bottom separated. Speaker damaged. Have apple care but not +. Too late to add + and too late to get credit card to cover damage. What will it take to replace cases? I know-lots of $, but where, when and how can I find, purchase and replace these damaged parts?
Everything else works perfectly and no damage to the screen itself. Dropped from only 1-1/2 foot.

Getting parts at this time will be nearly impossible. Until
they become available, use an add on plastic hard case

I forgot, if a machine is still covered under the original warranty, you can still buy an extra two years worth of Apple Care.
Thanks for the reply. After looking at the tear down for this unit I'm not sure I even could replace the damaged case halves and the screen lid if the parts ever become available. I didn't imagine dropping it in the 1st place so no AppleCare +. Just a very unlucky hit and a cautionary example of how vulnerable these units are to major damage from a small inadvertent moment of inattention. But, again, everything still works. I'm glad of that.
mikenmary8 If you would please post some pictures of the damage so we can better evaluation the extent of the damage, how much is cosmetic and what it would take to get it functioning correctly.
I've got some good pictures but I don't know how to add them. I've explored the site looking for some instruction but to no avail.
