I can't sign into my computer because the sign in section keeps
can't get into my computer because the sign in section keeps disappearing , it happen after I downloaded a cleaning utility ,

That "cleaning utility" is immediately suspect. What was the name of that utility, and from where did you download it? Any time you download something and then your computer starts doing something wonky, that usually means you've downloaded Something Bad.

the cleaning utility was Jet Clean and I got it from Major Geeks that I downloaded it from and still can't sign in , the sign in section keeps disappearing before I have time to sign in , I'm using my other computer which has windows 7 , the one with the sign in problem was windows 10 , if you can help , I would really like that , thanks
Okay, let's clarify. When you say "I downloaded it and can't sign in" do you mean (a) you downloaded the program and restarted your computer and now you can't sign in, (b) you downloaded the program AND INSTALLED IT and restarted your computer and now you can't sign in, or (c) you downloaded the program AND INSTALLED IT AND RAN IT ON YOUR SYSTEM and restarted your computer and now you can't sign in? Those three things do very different things from one another.
Have you tried booting in Safe Mode? Does anything change when you're in Safe Mode? Are you allowed to login? You'll likely need to perform a startup repair on your system. Insert Windows 10 install media and boot from it. In the WINDOWS SETUP page select the language, time, currency, and keyboard options, then click NEXT. Click REPAIR YOUR COMPUTER, then TROUBLESHOOT, then ADVANCED OPTIONS, then STARTUP REPAIR on your system.
If that doesn't work you may be looking at system restore situation; you'll likely want to back up your data first.

We do not know exactly you mean by log in section. Is this to log into your computer with a password? Is this to log into your Microsoft account. Do you mean when your computer reboots the box for your password disappears?
A longer more detailed note to explain please. Do you know your password for sure?

yes the box for microsoft password account disappears and this happen when I downloaded jetclean from major geeks , the cleaner doesn't work with windows 10 , if you could help , I be happy , thanks

I feel bad that I didn't look at this earlier. Basically, this is obviously a VIRUS. In order to get rid of these bad boys, search up on YouTube "how to delete (program here)", other people could've had this issue!
Or, if you know the directory of this virus, do this command in Command Prompt: del /f (directory)
