Why does my phone only charge in the car?

Hi. My Vernee Apollo Lite only charges properly in the car. When connected to a normal socket it only charges approx 3% per hour. Any suggestions? I'm using the same cable so I figured its not that. Please help.

Yes I've tried different adapters and different sockets. It just doesn't make any sense why it only charges in the car

Have you tried a different power outlet adaptor?

You can also plug the phone to the cable and restart the phone and see if that helps.
