Replaced keyboard, now fans are running high, screen is speckled

So i replaced my macbook pro keyboard and now my fans are running high, the new keyboard and original trackpad aren't working, and my screen shows little dots flashing randomly.

Click here to see The YouTube video of the screen.

It would be helpful if anyone knew where i could find a diagram of the connectors, so I could know if I somehow broke or damaged the connectors in the process?

Any ideas on why my fans are running at max now?

I can use an external keyboard and mouse just fine.

So I hate to admit it but I made a newbie mistake of not connecting the trackpad connector (it was hiding under the logic board when I was putting everything back together).

Seems as though this one error caused all the problems, once I connected it everything is running beautifully again, including the screen!

Big thanks to both of you for helping me with finding the post with pictures of all connectors and also with recognizing that the fan on max was a result of the trackpad issue.

You probably cut the trackpad cable slightly when removing the battery to access the keyboard, which is easy to do. This will cause the trackpad to not work and high fan spin (since there is a sensor in the trackpad). With the keyboard, did you test the keyboard before fitting it? It could be faulty. Also check the keyboard cable since a lot of people damage this when trying to plug it in, since there is not a lot of space to insert the cable in the connector.

I have heard some people mention the keyboard not working if the trackpad has an issue, but I have only seen this happen on the 2015 models, not earlier. This could be the case with your one however, so sort out the trackpad issue first and then check it out.

With the screen issue, take a video and upload it to the question so we can see this for ourselves and advise.

I did not test the keyboard I'm not sure how to do that?

I also uploaded a video and inserted it in the original question to show the specks on the screen (as best I could)

Thanks

Also, am I hurting anything by using it with the fan running on high? If so is there a way for me to override the fan controls until I get the parts I may need in?

Doesn't look good ;-{ Are you sure this system didn't get wet? What does the liquid damage markers (LCI's) on the logic board look like red or white

The dots on the screen could be GPU related, but I would recommend checkin the screen cable in case you have chipped it. Not sure that this would cause specks though.

You might be able to use SMCfancontrol, but I have never tried using it for an issue caused by the hardware before, so I can't vouch for it

@reecce - Forget SMCfancontrol It just adds confusion here and won't address the failures.

I suspect this is a well worn system which was patched up given all of the symptoms: Keyboard was likely taken out and cleaned from the spill damage (glued as they damaged in in the process), the trackpad while not failing at the beginning is now failing (the thermal sensor logic is corroded causing the fan to go into failsafe mode) and the icing to the cake here is the display staining and specking is a noise issue within the logic board.

Did you review the IFIXIT guides? Here's one that gets into all of the connections to the logic board: MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Late 2013 Logic Board Replacement

As to your problem it sounds like you have a liquid damaged logic board. Is that why you replace the keyboard?

I replaced it because the rubber nipple on the E key was incorrectly repaired with superglue by the previous owner so the MacBook was spontaneously typing eeeeeeee all the time.

I'm thinking I messed up some connectors probably. Thanks for the link to the tutorial it's very helpful!

To help putting the ribbon cables in use a small piece of electricians black tape with a folded over end. place it on the cable to act as a handle to pull the cable and hold it in place while to latch the connector.
