Hello, I have a question. After I get the new version of my phone (huawei p9 lite) when I get message notifications on locked screen it don't show any content or the person who send me a message. What should I do if I want to see only a person who send me a message, but not a message content on locked screen.

I also have the same issue even if I've selected the option of showing notification when the screen is locked or even on the home screen. So what I usually do to see the notification without opening the app for example a whatsapp message.
Hope it helps in a way but if it doesn't you can go to your Hicare app and select live chat and chat to someone working at Huawei. They are always willing to help and very friendly.
